Over the past year we have seen many changes in our everyday lives, and this will include how we communicate and keep in touch with our families, friends, and support groups.
Here at MED-EL we have adapted our ways of working too, and this has included how we communicate with support groups, charities, those who may be seeking information on our hearing solutions and our existing users who are already enjoying the benefits restored hearing can bring.
As we wanted to ensure that we remained in touch with everyone and still offer information and support, we introduced a series of virtual webinars which have covered topics on the types of hearing loss, types of hearing implants and devices, candidacy, and connectivity to name a few.
Our next session will be taking place on Tuesday 21st September 2:00pm – 2:40pm, and will coverADHEAR, a Bone Conduction System which can be used for conductive hearing loss and also as a solution for Single Sided Deafness.
We will be holding an in person ‘Hearing Implant Information Day’ on Saturday 16th October in Leeds!
Prior to Covid we regularly held MED-EL Meet Up’s with our Hearing Implant Information Days throughout the UK. We are so pleased to announce that the first will be taking place at The Queen’s Hotel in Leeds on 16th October and we would love the opportunity to meet with you in person. The day will commence at 10am and will include interactive workshops and sessions throughout the day for both candidates and users. The day will also include free lunch and refreshments.
